How you will create an impact:

Support the business by reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements (NDAs, ELs, DPAs, & MSAs) across the Americas region (U.S., Mexico, Canada & South America).

Provide pragmatic legal guidance that enables business growth while appropriately managing legal risk.

Partner with internal stakeholders to facilitate efficient and scalable contracting processes.

Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of AI-enabled Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions.

Leverage legal technology and automation tools to improve contract management and operational efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on commercial, operational, and strategic initiatives.

Support cross-border legal matters and contracting activities across multiple jurisdictions.

Develop contract standards, templates, and best practices to enhance consistency and compliance.

Your profile:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LLB, JD, or equivalent).

3–5 years of post-qualification experience in commercial law.

Demonstrated experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements.

Experience working with U.S.-governed contracts and/or U.S.-based companies.

Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).

Strong knowledge of commercial contract law and contracting practices.

Prior in-house legal experience or experience with an international law firm.

Experience with CLM platforms and legal technology solutions, including AI-enabled tools.
