The Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Vice President of Operations to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and lead operational excellence across the organization. This individual will play a critical role in driving operation excellence across departments, implementing scalable improvements in work processes, and leveraging automation and AI-driven tools to drive productivity, efficiency and organizational performance.

Responsibilities

Lead and optimize operational processes across multiple departments to improve efficiency, scalability, and organizational performance

Review and assess workflows across operations, identify inefficiencies and implement AI-powered tools and automation solutions to optimize workflows and productivity

Build and own the business analytics function, establishing KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting systems that provide actionable insights

Lead enterprise-wide operational initiatives and special projects that support company growth, operational scalability, and market expansion

Serve as an operational partner to the CEO, helping translate strategic priorities into execution plans and measurable outcomes

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree

10+ years of experience in technology and business operations, with a strong track record of delivering operational excellence. EdTech experience is a plus!

8+ years of management experience, including leading large, cross functional teams of 20+ members

Demonstrated success implementing AI, automation, and technology solutions that deliver measurable business impact

Strong expertise in business intelligence, analytics, KPI development, dashboard creation, and executive reporting

Experience partnering directly with CEO and senior leadership teams on strategic and operational initiatives

Experience in fast-growing, international organizations

Proven ability to influence and drive execution across all levels of the organization

Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven
