What would you do? The Training Delivery and Knowledge Transfer Analyst is responsible for enabling workforce performance, productivity improvement, and learner readiness through structured training delivery, effective knowledge transfer, and facilitation of learning materials. The role supports business agility, operational effectiveness, and capability development by applying subject matter knowledge, learner engagement techniques, and transition-led training practices. Talent Development involves creating and implementing programs to enhance employees skills and career growth. This includes training, mentoring, and performance management. The goal is to help employees reach their full potential and contribute effectively to the organization. Responsibilities also include identifying skill gaps and developing strategies to address them. This role is essential for fostering a skilled and motivated workforce. The practice of training and learning material between an instructor and learners, either individuals or groups. Instructors can also be referred to as a facilitator, who may be knowledgeable and experienced in the learning material, but can also be used more for their facilitation skills and ability to deliver material to learners.
What are we looking for? Required Skills and Capabilities • Strong understanding of Training Needs Analysis (TNA), training design, and transition-led learning enablement. • Practical experience in training delivery, knowledge transfer, and transition support within a team-based operating model. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. • Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet defined timelines. • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to support learner engagement and stakeholder coordination. Domain Knowledge • Working knowledge of insurance domain processes, including group pension, retirements • Ability to apply domain understanding to training delivery, learner support, and transition enablement activities. Experience and Working Model • Experience in training delivery, knowledge transfer, transition support, or related capability development activities. • Ability to work as an individual contributor while collaborating within a wider team structure. • Comfortable operating with moderate supervision and following detailed instructions for new assignments.
Roles and Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities • Deliver structured instructor-led training sessions for individuals or groups. • Support effective knowledge transfer by applying subject matter expertise, facilitation skills, and learner engagement methods. • Perform analysis and resolve lower-complexity problems within the assigned scope of work. • Collaborate with peers and stakeholders on daily deliverables and provide timely updates. • Operate as an individual contributor within a broader team environment, supporting defined workstreams and assigned activities. • Engage with clients and/or Accenture management based on role requirements. • Execute day-to-day activities with moderate guidance and completely new assignments based on detailed instructions. • Make decisions that primarily impact on your own work while contributing to dependent team outcomes. • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
