What would you do? Go beyond processing purchase orders at lower costs to help clients reap savings and value from the billions they spend on the goods and services that run their day-to-day business operations. Sourcing & Procurement involves identifying, acquiring, and managing the goods and services an organization needs. This role includes researching suppliers, negotiating contracts, and purchasing materials. It also involves ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. The goal is to support the organizations operations by obtaining the best value and maintaining strong supplier relationships. Understand when & how to use a request for proposal (price and non-price factors) and RFQ (price only) and how to develop, execute and analyze the results. Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative information to assess, screen and select suppliers.

What are we looking for? •Managing end to end RFQ Packages, including coordination for drawings / specifications and driving supplier quotation responses. •Handling supplier technical and commercial queries with Engineering and Manufacturing. •Supporting PL and Regional sourcing teams with RFQ clarifications. •Executing and monitoring PIR and SL template updates and ensuring adherence across teams. •Roles require Mechanical Engineering graduates with 10-12 years experience including 5+ years in sourcing / procurement and strong RFQ / machined components background.
