We are looking for an upbeat, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual to join our award-winning bar team here at Off The Bone Gastropub, located in the Great National South Court Hotel. If you are passionate about cocktails, wines, and food & beverage pairings, this is the role that will suit you!!

This position consists of weekday and weekend shifts.

The ideal candidate:

Previous Bar experience, ideally from a busy bar background.

Good cocktail knowledge essential, and Mixology experience a plus

Knowledge of local and state regulations related to the bar industry

Team player with the ability to multitask and have excellent presentation skills with a fine eye for detail.

A true people person who can deliver exceptional customer service with confidence and professionalism.

Ability to take the initiative and demonstrate working independently while handling multiple responsibilities and following up on queries and inquiries as part of a daily routine.

Level-headed with strong problem-solving skills and a natural ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions to problems.

Have full permission or hold a valid visa to work in the EU
