An Chúirt Hotel is currently seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. We are looking for an energetic individual who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests.

Prepare and serve beverages efficiently and to a high standard.

Maintain excellent knowledge of drinks, promotions, and hotel services.

Ensure responsible service of alcohol in accordance with licensing regulations.

Handle cash and card transactions accurately.

Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the bar area.

Assist with the setup and service of events and functions when required.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a positive guest experience.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

Previous experience in a bar, hotel, restaurant, or hospitality setting.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

A friendly, positive, and professional attitude.

The ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.

Strong attention to detail and presentation.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Knowledge of cocktail preparation is advantageous but not essential.
