Your Role
The Ramp-Up Manager is responsible for leading the transition of newproducts from the R&D phase into high-volume manufacturing. This rolefocuses on resolving technical and process bottlenecks, optimizingyield, reducing costs, and ensuring quality standards are met at scale.The ideal candidate combines technical engineering expertise with strongproject management and cross-functional leadership skills.
Key responsibilities in your new role
New product introduction and ramp-up:
Lead the ramp up of new products from R&D phase into high-volume production, ensuring production readiness and customer delivery fulfilment.
Focus on resolving technical and supply chain bottlenecks, ensuring capacity and production readiness to support smooth engineering and ramp-up activities.
Drive risk assessment, risk mitigation planning and scenario planning in dynamic and complex supply chain situations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and define production roadmaps for scalability and supply resilience.
Change management and change projects:
Manage change projects, ensuring seamless integration and transition into production.
Identify risks related to supply disruption, capacity constraints, and balance the urgency of change with the stability required forhigh-volume production.
Develop mitigation plans and contingency strategies to ensure zero or minimal impact on customer deliveries.
Govern the product master data throughout the lifecycle of the product.
Support customer PCN process and sample readiness.
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
A university degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
Minimally 5+ years of experience in project management, supply chain planning, or production management, with a preference for experience in the semiconductor industry.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Fluent and confident in English, both written and spoken.
Experience with data visualization tools and being able to create simple reports using Tableau, Power BI, etc. is a plus.
