Security Engineer

Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite)

We're looking for a hands-on Security Engineer to join a growing security function within a specialist banking environment.

This role offers a varied role where you can remain hands-on technical whilst having ownership over the technology stack. You will be reporting directly into the CISO and working closely to drive security maturity.

This will suit you if you:

Have a broad security engineering experience across multiple domains

Want to own and manage security tools and services

Are comfortable working with the Microsoft security stack

Enjoy improving processes, driving projects, and shaping security strategy

Can work effectively with technical stakeholders across the business

Have experience within regulated environments, ideally financial services

You'll join a small, high-performing team where everyone works closely together, ideas are encouraged regardless of seniority. This is an environment where you'll be trusted with ownership, given autonomy, and exposed to a broad range of security challenges.

Base salary: £90,000 - £110,000 + bonus & benefits
