General Manager | Grand Central Bar Dublin

Grand Central Bar on O’Connell Street, Dublin is seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead the day-to-day running of this busy city-centre venue.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, commercial awareness, and a passion for delivering high standards of service. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all areas of the business, leading and developing the team, driving sales and profitability, and ensuring every guest receives a welcoming and memorable experience.

The ideal candidate will have previous management experience , in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment, with strong people management, operational, and customer service skills.

Excellent Package of between €60-€70k for the right candidate.

About The Role

Oversee the daily operation of the bar, ensuring smooth, efficient, and professional service at all times.

Lead, motivate, train, and develop the team to deliver consistently high standards.

Drive sales, profitability, and overall business performance in line with company targets.

Manage rosters, labour costs, stock control, ordering, and other key operational costs.

Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest feedback or issues in a professional manner.

Maintain full compliance with health and safety, food safety, licensing, and company procedures.
