About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic, sharp, and insanely driven Area Manager to head our North cluster. This isn’t a “monitor-stores-from-a-desk” gig — this is a high-impact, on-ground leadership role where you shape teams, scale operations, and directly influence the customer experience across multiple Uni Seoul stores.

What You’ll Own (End-to-End)
Run and elevate daily operations across all Uni Seoul stores in the North.
Drive sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction — consistently and aggressively.
Lead, coach, energize, and grow Store Managers + store teams.
Handle real-time challenges like a pro — crisis management, escalations, staffing issues.
Maintain top-tier SOPs, VM standards, hygiene, and brand experience.
Keep a tight grip on inventory, shrinkage control, audits, and replenishment.
Build a strong, disciplined, positive team culture across your entire cluster.
Align store execution flawlessly with HQ direction.
Be the brand champion - ensuring every store feels 100% Uni Seoul.
