Support WHS practices and ensure alignment with legislative requirements and internal standards

Coordinate remuneration reviews and market benchmarking activities

Maintain HR systems and ensure accuracy and integrity of employee data

Support national HR projects, system rollouts, and continuous improvement initiatives

Travel occasionally to interstate branches as required

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a senior HR generalist role within an operational environment

Strong capability in managing complex ER/IR matters and investigations

Demonstrated ability to apply sound judgement and maintain objectivity in sensitive situations

Ability to work through ambiguity, manage competing accounts, and remain disciplined in fact-based decision making

Solid understanding of employment legislation, Awards, and WHS requirements

Experience supporting both blue- and white-collar workforces

Confidence to influence, challenge, and coach leaders at different levels of the business

Comfortable working in a small team environment, taking ownership and operating autonomously

Experience working across multiple sites or geographically dispersed teams (highly regarded)

Strong communication skills and confidence using HR systems and data to inform decision making

Desired Skills and Experience
