About the role

The Administration Coordinator Network Operations plays a key role in monitoring and assisting with the human resource management and administration functions of the Network Operations Centre (NOC). The Administration Coordinator Network Operations Centre (NOC) is responsible for the outcomes of a range of administrative functions including scheduling, contract management, rostering within ProAct, personnel file management and e-recruitment

Key duties of the role

Coordinate administration requirements for the Network Operations Centre

Manage compliance requirements for N&M Casual Pool employees, including screening, criminal history checks, and reporting to the Advanced Nursing Director

Lead and supervise the ASO3 position, foster team collaboration, and drive effective communication across the NOC

Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, payroll investigations, and workforce trend reporting to improve efficiencies

Skills and Experience

Proven experience coordinating HR administration and managing complex, competing priorities across multiple projects

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement electronic records systems and produce accurate reporting

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience leading or guiding staff through change

Knowledge of the principles and practice of OHSW, Equal Opportunity, the Public Sector Act 2009 Code of Ethics and diversity appropriate to the requirements of the position.
