Selection Criteria

Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.

Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to provide high level advice, education and support to individuals, nursing staff and other health professionals.

Demonstrated facilitation, consultation, negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills with well-developed interpersonal skills necessary to build and maintain collaborative relationships with individuals and multidisciplinary teams.

Demonstrated understanding and ability to analysis/use Patient Information Systems, Data and computer programs related to the role.

Understanding of transformational Practice Development to facilitate positive workplace cultures to support person-centred care.

Demonstrated understanding of the principles of continuous quality improvement.

Evidence of a current unrestricted drivers’ licence and the ability to maintain. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires. This may involve driving long distances and overnight stays.
