Your impact
Reporting to the Trade Engagement and Communications Manager, this role sits at the centre of MAX marketing execution. You’ll translate strategic priorities into engaging campaigns, compelling content and seamless events, working closely with teams across the business to drive growth, engagement and brand consistency.
Lead delivery of integrated trade marketing campaigns across digital, events, and partner channels
Drive content creation including presentations, sales tools, and marketing collateral
Coordinate major industry events, managing suppliers, assets, timelines, and on-site delivery
Partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex products into clear messaging
Optimise marketing operations including planning, tracking, and budget management
Strengthen brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints
What you'll need to succeed
You’re a proactive and commercially minded marketing professional who thrives in fast-moving environments. You bring strong coordination skills, creative thinking and the ability to connect strategy to execution while building great relationships along the way.
Proven ability to deliver marketing campaigns across multiple channels and stakeholders
Strong experience creating presentations, content, and sales enablement materials
Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear and engaging messaging
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and project management capability
Experienced in working across digital platforms including LinkedIn and internal channels
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and collaborate
