Marketing Offer Manager – eMobility (Pacific)

This is a high-impact, market-facing role where you’ll sit at the intersection of market insight, product strategy, and commercial execution, owning a growing portfolio while acting as a key external ambassador for Schneider Electric eMobility solutions.

Role & Responsibilities

Lead market analysis including trends, competitors, customer needs, and emerging business models to identify growth opportunities

Define and deliver portfolio strategies, ensuring strong performance across sales, margins, and market share

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from localisation and launch through to optimisation and end-of-life management

Develop pricing strategies and monitor profitability, balancing customer value and market competitiveness

Capture and translate the voice of the customer into actionable insights for continuous offer improvement

Partner closely with sales, marketing, and channel teams to enable successful go-to-market execution

Drive awareness and adoption through impactful marketing campaigns and strong sales enablement initiatives

Support commercial teams with training, tools, and market insights to maximise post-launch success

External Leadership & Market Influence

Act as the face of Schneider Electric eMobility across the Pacific region in external forums

Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and public speaking engagements

Contribute to thought leadership, helping shape market positioning and future industry direction

Build Schneider Electric’s reputation as a key innovator and leader in the eMobility space

(External) English Qualifications:

Requirements

5+ years’ experience in energy, eMobility, or a related sector within marketing, commercial, or product-focused roles

Proven experience in offer launches, go-to-market strategy, and portfolio management

Strong understanding of the energy transition and evolving customer/market dynamics

Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across technical, commercial, and external audiences

Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills with confidence representing a brand externally

Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Marketing highly preferred)

Technical qualifications are advantageous

Highly regarded:

Experience in eMobility solutions or electrification technologies

Exposure to channel ecosystems (system integrators, contractors, EPCs)

Ability to simplify technical concepts into compelling market propositions
