We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Sales Account Manager to effectively manage new and existing account customers within the Home Builder Air Conditioning market. This position will be based at our Central Coast Somersby Office.
The ideal candidate will have:
Comprehensive knowledge of the HVAC Industry
Account management/sales experience
Building Site experience
Strong skill set in building rapport with customers, contractors, and team members alike.
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Promote Harvey Norman Commercial Air Conditioning Division to the home builder market, both internally and externally
Provide ongoing account management to existing account base
Develop a Sales/Business Plan to establish new account customers and identify opportunities to grow the business
Achieve set budgets, goals, and objectives to ensure profitability and sustained sales growth
Create and submit client quotations, submissions, air conditioning mark ups and designs, and technical documentation where required
Provide customer service and be a solution provider
Project manage residential air conditioning jobs from start to finish
Build strong relationships and work very closely with the Harvey Norman Commercial Air Conditioning sub-contractor and supplier base
Ensuring compliance documentation is completed in accordance with the required regulatory industry standards
Requirements:
Experience working within the HVAC/Home builder industry (Trade Qualified or Mechanical Engineering Degree would be an advantage)
Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong initiative and the personal drive to succeed, an individual who uses initiative to identify growth opportunities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
Be willing to learn, utilise, and become proficient with programs such as Plandroid and SimPRO
