What You’ll Be Doing
Execute channel strategy and translate into clear, prioritised national account plans
Identify and drive growth opportunities across customers, categories, and markets
Own and deliver revenue, volume, and profitability targets across key accounts
Lead commercial negotiations, customer deals, and promotional programs
Build and manage a high-quality opportunity pipeline to support sustainable growth
Translate data and insights into clear, actionable commercial decisions
Ensure alignment between national agreements and in-field execution

What We’re Looking for
Proven experience managing national or key accounts within construction, building materials, or trade channels
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering revenue and margin growth
Highly structured and strategic, with the ability to turn plans into execution
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
Confident negotiator with experience leading complex customer agreements
Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to influence internally and externally
