Strong analytical capability, including experience developing metrics, dashboards, reporting, or performance insights to support governance, decision-making, and continuous improvement.

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn complex information into clear, actionable insights.

Some experience supporting the implementation of data management frameworks, standards, controls, or governance activities, with strong attention to detail and a practical delivery mindset.

Confidence working with stakeholders across teams to gather requirements, support implementation, validate measures, and embed consistent data management practices.
