ABOUT THE ROLE
The Graphic Designer is responsible for delivering high-quality, on-time packaging and marketing assets that support brand rollout.
Working with Art Directors and Senior Graphic Designers, the role helps define and execute visual styles across new and existing products, ensuring consistency and strong brand expression across all SKUs and collateral.
Responsibilities
Support Art Directors and Senior Designers in delivering high-quality branding, packaging, and design solutions aligned to brand strategy
Contribute to the creation and rollout of packaging concepts and key SKUs across product ranges
Research trends, competitors, and market insights to inspire new ideas
Produce accurate, production-ready artwork to specification
Manage timelines effectively and meet key milestones
Present concepts confidently and incorporate feedback
Develop promotional materials for trade shows and exhibitions
Work with licensed assets and ensure brand compliance
Support mock-ups, artwork adaptations, and international market requirements
Continuously build skills and contribute to team capability
ABOUT YOU
3+ years’ experience in a similar role
Hold a tertiary qualification in a relevant field
Demonstrated ability to continuously develop skills, build knowledge, and adopt new technologies
Strong innovative mindset with the ability to generate ideas and deliver creative solutions
Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with a team-focused approach
Proven ability to take ownership, deliver results, and maintain a strong customer focus
