About the role

Job Description:

Strong experience in Linux System Administration. Must be able to demonstrate advanced troubleshooting experience.

Experience in developing and deploying Linux SOEs across physical, virtual and Cloud environments. Includes secure server build and configuration in line with best practice hardening controls.

Experience with Physical Server installations within Commercial Data Centre environments.

Have worked with automation and compliance tools for maintaining uniformity across Linux environments (e.g. Ansible, Git, Red Hat Satellite).

Scripting languages, preferably across shell, Python or Perl.

Experience in using modern Linux based monitoring and logging platforms.

Experience in configuring and maintaining physical Intel server hardware.

Strong understanding of networking concepts and TCP/UDP based protocols.
