Engineering Manager

What role will you play?

In this role you will lead a small team of engineers while improving quality engineering through automation and the use of AI-driven tools. You will work closely with platform teams to strengthen monitoring, testing, and deployment processes, helping ensure reliable and efficient delivery of applications.

What you offer

Proven experience in reliability, DevOps, or systems engineering roles

Strong software development skills in languages such as Python, Go, or Java

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and cloud-native technologies

Hands-on experience with container tools and orchestration platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes

Experience leading technical projects and supporting the growth of engineers through mentoring and guidance.
