In the Data Scientist role, you will join the Data & Analytics Customer Decisioning team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

Lead the use of Advanced ML & GenAI across Customer Brain use cases

Support experimentation with Gen AI and Agentic AI automation capabilities

Contribute to personalisation, recommendation and customer decisioning models and Gen AI solutions

Collaborate with Data Engineering and Platform teams to operationalise scalable analytics solutions using Advanced Machine Learning and Gen AI technologies

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer outcomes through AI-enabled automation

Contribute to reusable analytical and Gen AI assets, feature engineering and modelling standards.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

Lead build and deployment of machine learning models and GenAI solutions to achieve business outcomes.

Proficient users in SQL, Python, PySpark, Spark ML language.

Good understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.

Proficient in source code controls using Github.

Highly developed data science skills, working with structured or unstructured datasets and ML & GenAI techniques.

Good understanding of customer data, digital data, different unstructured data sources across analytics landscape and ability to provide data driven insights to support decision making.
