Job Description

Coordinate and support cross-functional projects by aligning stakeholders, preparing analyses and decision-making materials, and ensuring timely follow-up on key initiatives

Prepare strategic presentations, leadership updates, business reviews, and buying performance reports to support informed decision-making

Drive effective communication and governance within the Buying department by coordinating meetings, tracking action items, and ensuring organizational alignment

Identify and implement process improvements across buying operations, driving standardization, efficiency, and continuous improvement

Own and support key operational buying processes, ensuring high data quality and smooth day-to-day operations

Maintain and further develop buying documentation, training materials, and learning initiatives

Act as a central point of coordination for cross-functional requests and support teams and leadership with clear structures, frameworks, and stakeholder management

Qualifications

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and presentation skills

Experience in project and stakeholder management

A proactive mindset with a passion for process optimization and continuous improvement

The ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
