We are seeking experienced Senior Executive Search Consultant with a strong background in recruiting for banking software vendors, FinTech firms, and FSI technology providers. This is a unique opportunity to operate at a global level, working with prestigious financial technology clients and senior executive talent around the world.

What You’ll Be Doing
Execute global searches for senior to executive-level roles in Banking and FinTech.
Source, headhunt, screen, and manage candidates from start to offer stage.
Prepare compelling job descriptions and manage postings on relevant platforms.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through portals, databases, and direct sourcing.
Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication between clients and candidates.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly recruitment and status reports.
Serve as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, ensuring a high-quality experience.
Qualifications
7–10+ years of total recruitment experience, including 3–5+ years recruiting for Banking Software, FinTech, or Financial Services Technology companies.
Proven headhunting and executive search capabilities in global markets.
Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in LinkedIn, Boolean search, job boards, and recruitment tech tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
Comfortable working across time zones and in high-performance, flexible work environments.
Self-driven, ethical, and aligned with ANKH’s commitment to excellence and integrity.
