A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Order Manager (f/m/d), you will act as the key interface between customers, sales, and internal execution teams to ensure the successful delivery of dry type transformer projects. You will work in an international environment, ensuring both technical and commercial success. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining strong customer relationships, driving project excellence, and ensuring compliance with contractual and internal standards.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Owning the independent project management for dry-type transformers for global customers and being the central contact person for internal and external project communication with customers and internal stakeholders

Collaboration with internal departments (e.g. engineering, production, logistics) to clarify technical details and ensure smooth project execution

Overseeing project timelines, documentation, cost control, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives

Handling claims and changing orders proactively to protect company interests

Planning, coordinating, and overseeing installation and commissioning activities at customer sites as well as supporting troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues during commissioning

Organizing Factory Acceptance Tests in coordination with the plant and the customer

What You Bring

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field as well as several years of professional experience in complex project management, ideally handling multiple projects simultaneously

Experience in installation and commissioning of electrical equipment is a plus

Technical knowledge of dry type transformers is a plus; technical background in related industries (like electrical equipment and power distribution industry) is also welcome

Solid knowledge of project management methods combined with high level of communication skills, analytical thinking, teamwork, and interpersonal skills

Fluent in German and English both spoken and written
