Responsibilities:

Within product development, the Quality Assurance (QA) department ensures the quality, reliability, and user-friendliness of our software solutions.

As a working student, you will support QA engineers in the following areas:

Analyzing requirements and test specifications to derive test cases.

Defining, creating, and executing manual and automated software tests.

Evaluating test results, documenting findings, and providing feedback to development teams.

Elaborating error analyses and contributing to continuous improvement processes.

Supporting the execution of software release processes.

Working with EV and EVSE test systems.

Engaging with charging technologies and relevant standards.

Assisting in test automation, including scripting, dashboard creation, and reporting of test results.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#).

Knowledge of software testing principles and QA methodologies.

Experience with test management and reporting tools (e.g., JIRA) is a plus.

Understanding of software development lifecycle and release processes.

Interest in automotive technologies, particularly charging infrastructure (EV/EVSE).

Analytical Skills:

Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and critical thinking.

Communication Skills:

Clear verbal and written communication to collaborate effectively with QA and development teams.

Experience:

Prior coursework, internships, or hands-on experience in software testing, automation, or QA activities is advantageous.
