About the role

Job Introduction

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to help shape and deliver strategic recruitment practices that support our long-term workforce and business objectives.

In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Talent, HR teams and senior stakeholders to develop, govern and continuously improve Talent Acquisition policies, frameworks and ways of working. A key part of the role is using data, insights and market intelligence to assess recruitment performance, inform decision-making and identify priority areas for improvement.

Working across the organisation, you will balance strategic oversight with targeted delivery, ensuring recruitment approaches are consistent, evidence-based and aligned to both business needs and the overall people strategy.

Main Responsibility

Leading end-to-end recruitment for Business Unit Leadership Team and other senior roles, including direct sourcing and robust assessment governance, partnering closely with senior leaders to clarify requirements, run structured selection processes and deliver high-quality hiring experiences

Owning the company-wide vacancy pipeline, aligning recruitment activity to workforce plans and business priorities, proactively managing demand for critical roles, tracking progress and working with HR and leaders to maintain strong pipelines for current and future needs

Providing strategic oversight of Talent Acquisition activity, using data and insight to assess effectiveness and identify risks, trends and opportunities

Developing, shaping and embedding Talent Acquisition policies, principles and standards to support a consistent and high-quality recruitment approach

Producing meaningful management information and analysis, drawing on multiple data sources to inform decision-making and prioritisation

Using external market insight and benchmarking to inform recruitment strategy, workforce planning and employer branding activity

Providing thought leadership and recommendations to improve the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle and employee experience

Working with HR colleagues and business leaders to build capability and understanding of effective, fair and compliant recruitment practices

Supporting the design and governance of robust selection processes, ensuring consistency, quality and fairness

Collaborating closely with Talent Management and HR Directors to support internal mobility and visibility of internal talent

Providing strategic direction and governance across core Talent Acquisition processes, including employer branding, sourcing, screening and selection

Leading or supporting targeted sourcing initiatives, including talent mapping, pipeline development, executive sourcing and recruitment campaigns

Supporting continuous improvement in recruitment reporting, tools and ways of working

Our Ideal Candidate

You bring strong experience in talent acquisition, with a clear focus on strategic recruitment practices, policy development and data-led decision-making, alongside experience in executive search or senior hiring. You are comfortable analysing recruitment data and management information, translating insight into clear recommendations that influence strategy and priorities.

Strong stakeholder management skills enabling effective collaboration with HR teams and business leaders, while a sound understanding of best practice recruitment principles supports consistent and high-quality outcomes. You are motivated by improving recruitment capability, strengthening governance and using insight to shape a more effective and sustainable approach to hiring.

This Role Would Suit

Someone with experience of executive search or senior-level recruitment, confident managing discreet and high-quality hiring processes

A talent acquisition professional with experience in strategy, governance or centre-of-excellence roles

Someone confident using recruitment data, MI and market insight to influence decisions

An individual experienced in developing or embedding recruitment policies and frameworks

A strong collaborator who can influence across HR and the wider business

Someone motivated by building sustainable, data-driven recruitment practices
