We're looking for someone who combines insight, ambition and strong stakeholder influence to shape high-quality programmes and continuously raise standards.

The role

You'll lead the trainee and apprentice experience end-to-end, from onboarding through to qualification, ensuring programmes are commercially aligned, high quality and built to retain outstanding people.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will leverage data, feedback and market insight to drive decisions, manage risk and improve outcomes.

What you'll be doing

Owning seat moves and qualification, balancing individual aspirations with business need

Acting as a trusted partner to stakeholders, advising on performance, retention and future talent needs

Using data and feedback to identify trends and continuously improve the programme

Leading a consistent, high-quality support and induction experience

Building strong relationships to create a joined-up, collaborative experience

What we're looking for

Experience in talent management or early careers

Strong communication with the ability to influence and build effective stakeholder relationships

Highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused in approach

A collaborative approach with attention to detail and and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
