Discover the Role

We’re looking for a commercially driven Pricing Analyst to join our dynamic team and help shape our global pricing strategy. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Head of Pricing and cross-functional teams to deliver data-led insights that optimise sales performance, drive margin growth, and enhance market competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Head of Pricing and the wider pricing team in achieving the global pricing strategy

Use available tools to support decision-making that optimises sales and margins

Collaborate with business teams to ensure market prices remain competitive and that margin and volume objectives are aligned

Act as a key stakeholder, managing relationships across business areas to support group objectives

Conduct competitor analysis, identify trends, and monitor and report on competitor activity with proposed actions

Interpret data and KPIs to inform pricing decisions and actions, quantifying potential impacts and risks; monitor and measure outcomes

Apply commercial and financial acumen to assess business risks and support informed decision-making

Support revenue targets by balancing opportunities and risks, identifying strengths and weaknesses in client proposals to support the sales process and improve effectiveness

Key Requirements

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a pricing, revenue management, or commercial analysis role

Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in data manipulation and reporting

Strong numerical skills with an interest in applying insights beyond data analysis

Ability to extract and analyse data to generate commercial insights and recommendations

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships

Proactive approach, with motivation to support continuous improvement initiatives

This role is primarily remote, with an expectation to attend quarterly team meetings in the London office and occasional travel to London for additional ad hoc meetings as required.
