About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team in Slough. In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening customer relationships and supporting the growth of our human and veterinary business.

You’ll work closely with sales teams and customers, ensuring a smooth, efficient experience across all stages of the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage customer quotations, proposals, and pricing enquiries, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery

Support order processing, reporting, and provide relevant company and product information to customers

Proactively communicate with customers and internal sales teams, handling queries relating to orders, shipments, and logistics

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within CRM systems

Ensure compliance with UK and global regulatory requirements, escalating issues where necessary

Assist in resolving customer complaints and supporting corrective actions in line with company procedures

Collaborate with regional sales teams and act as a key liaison for operational queries

Contribute to meetings and wider business activities as required

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Qualifications

Educated to GCSE or A-level standard (or equivalent)

Experience in customer service, sales support, administration, or order processing roles

Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP or Salesforce is desirable)

Skills & Attributes

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure

Good problem-solving and decision-making skills

Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills

Well-organised with effective time management

A proactive approach to learning and personal development

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce (preferred)

£30,000-£34,000

Full time
