The Opportunity

As a Lead Generator / Appointment Setter, you’ll be at the very front of our sales engine — opening doors, creating opportunities, and directly influencing business growth.

You’ll take ownership of regional territories, proactively reaching out to businesses through outbound cold calling, engaging decision-makers, and booking high-quality meetings for our Business Development Managers to close.

What You’ll Be Doing

Proactively cold call businesses within your assigned region

Identify decision-makers and introduce Pitman Training solutions

Qualify opportunities and book appointments for the senior sales team

Build rapport quickly and confidently over the phone

Manage your pipeline and activity using CRM systems

Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets

Work closely with the closing team to maximise success

Interview Process

Stage 1: 15-minute informal call with the Head of Sales

Introduction, role overview, and initial fit

Stage 2: 1-hour competency-based interview with the CEO & Head of Sales
