Department Overview:

Latency Sensitive Electronic Trading (LSET) provide execution and market data services to our clients offering a range of products. The team is globally based ensuring we are able to support our clients across the globe.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a C/C++ developer to join our low latency development team. The team provides industry leading low-latency trading services for our clients, utilising multiple technologies. The candidate will focus on the C/C++ components and will be working alongside the wider development team. The role will require the candidate to be involved in all stages of development.

Skills, Experience, Qualifications and Knowledge required:

Proven C/C++ development experience.

Experience with financial markets.

Experience of order entry gateway development.

Knowledge of Linux.

Understanding of network protocols is beneficial.

Experience with Kernel development is beneficial.

Some scripting knowledge.

Understanding of FPGAs is useful.

Is motivated by working in a high performing team.

Is flexible to change work streams as business priorities change.

Candidates should enjoy working in an agile development environment.
