The Role
We are looking for a senior Key Account Manager to own and grow our most strategic US accounts. You will be responsible for expanding revenue within an existing portfolio of Mid-Market and Enterprise customers, driving upsell, cross-sell, and multi-year renewals.
Responsibilities
Own a portfolio of US Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts, with a $600k Net New ARR yearly target
Build and execute strategic account plans to maximize expansion within each account
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Didomi's product suite (CMP, Preference Center, SST, Agnostik, PMP)
Lead commercial negotiations, renewals, and multi-year contract extensions
Develop multi-threaded relationships with C-level stakeholders (CMO, CPO, CTO, DPO, Legal)
Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams
Maintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce
Profile
5–7 years in Account Management or Enterprise Sales
Track record of hitting $500k+ ARR quotas
Experience selling SaaS to US Mid-Market & Enterprise
Martech background is a big plus (AdTech / Privacy / Compliance also valued)
Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills

Compensation
