Job Summary

Job Description

We are looking for an Angular UI Developer to design build and maintain user interfaces for healthcare applications while supporting development and enhancements within the New Jersey Immunization Information System. This position will be a full-time contract and hybrid in Trenton, NJ.

What You’ll Do

Design develop and maintain user interfaces using Angular and modern web technologies

Build responsive and accessible web applications

Integrate UI applications with RESTful APIs and backend services

Develop key application modules within NJIIS

Analyze functional requirements and technical specifications to implement solutions

Collaborate with technical and product teams to deliver user focused solutions

Participate in application design development and testing activities

Provide accurate estimates for development and enhancements

Support integration across web and backend systems

Work with internal teams including project management and operations to deliver solutions

Maintain technical documentation and development artifacts

What You’ll Need

Required:

5 years of experience developing UI applications using Angular version 13 or higher

Strong experience with HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript TypeScript Bootstrap AJAX and JSON

Experience building responsive and accessible web applications

Experience integrating applications with RESTful APIs

Experience with Angular components services routing state management and reactive forms

Strong understanding of software development principles and application lifecycle

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Preferred:

Experience with Java development

Full stack development experience

Experience with AWS cloud services

Experience working with microservices architecture

Experience working in Agile development environments

Physical Demands

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal state and local standards

Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings etc.

Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer utilizing a mouse keyboard and monitor

$63 - $68 per hour

The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
