Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Front-End Engineer with a strong background in React and modern JavaScript frameworks to design and develop intuitive, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building elegant user interfaces, a deep understanding of state management, and a desire to grow into a leadership role within a collaborative engineering team. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain dynamic, responsive web applications using React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Implement and maintain functional components and leverage React Hooks for efficient, scalable code. Manage complex application states using Redux, Context API, and local state management strategies. Integrate and consume RESTful APIs, working with JSON and modern web service technologies. Utilize external UI libraries such as Bootstrap to deliver high-quality, visually appealing interfaces. Write and maintain unit and integration tests using the React Testing Library to ensure robust, high-quality applications. Optimize front-end performance to achieve faster load times and seamless user experiences. Apply object-oriented design principles and contribute to architectural decisions that drive scalability and maintainability. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment using tools such as Git and Jira. Take initiative on projects and demonstrate a desire to grow into a technical leadership position. Qualifications 8+ years of experience as a Front-End or Software Engineer. 8+ years of hands-on experience with React, JavaScript frameworks, HTML5, and CSS3. Strong expertise in Redux, Context API, and state management best practices. Solid experience with React Hooks and functional components. Proficient in RESTful API integration and working with JSON. Skilled in code optimization and front-end performance tuning. Experience with version control systems (Git) and Agile collaboration tools (Jira). Excellent communication skills, with the ability to mentor and collaborate across teams. A growth mindset and a passion for developing into a leadership role.
