As a HR Advisor at ICON, you will provide critical support across HR functions, offering guidance and expertise to employees and managers on a range of HR matters.
What You Will Do:
Your role will involve delivering human resources work to a high standard, working closely with your team and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing day-to-day HR support and advice to employees and managers on topics such as employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to support organizational goals.
Collaborating with HR and cross-functional teams on projects related to employee engagement, retention, and talent development.
Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a positive experience for new hires.
Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Your Profile:
You will bring relevant human resources experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.
Required qualifications and experience:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Min 2+ years of proven experience in an HR US Employee Benefits role, like experience in Medical/ Health Insurance
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and empathetic support to employees.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
A proactive and solutions-oriented approach, with a commitment to continuous improvement in HR practices.
Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
