The Opportunity

As our Manager – Retail Operations, you'll be the force behind seamless store

execution and operational excellence. From building robust processes to driving

performance across stores, you'll play a key role in ensuring every Uni Seoul location

operates at its absolute best.

What You'll Do

Build & Scale Retail Operations

● Design, implement, and continuously improve SOPs across all store operations.

● Create scalable operational frameworks that support rapid business growth.

● Standardize best practices across existing and upcoming stores.

Drive Store Performance

● Monitor and track key retail KPIs including Sales Growth, ATV, UPT, NOB,

Sell-through, and other business metrics.

● Identify performance gaps and drive action plans to improve results.

● Use data and insights to support business decisions and operational improvements.

Lead Store Readiness & Expansion

● Own operational readiness for all new store launches.

● Ensure smooth execution of store openings, processes, training, inventory, and

operational setup.

● Coordinate launch timelines and drive cross-functional alignment.

Manage Operational Excellence

● Conduct regular store audits and business reviews.

● Track action items and ensure timely closure.

● Improve compliance, process adherence, and operational consistency across stores.

Collaborate Across Functions

● Work closely with Brand, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, Finance, and Store

Teams.

● Act as the bridge between strategy and execution.

● Ensure seamless communication and execution across departments.

Leverage Data & Technology

● Utilize ERP and MIS systems to generate actionable insights.

● Build and maintain performance dashboards and reporting mechanisms.

● Drive data-backed decision-making across retail operations.

What We're Looking For

● 4–7 years of experience in Retail Operations, Project Management, or Multi-Store

Retail Management.

● Strong understanding of retail KPIs, store operations, inventory management, and

customer experience.

● Experience creating SOPs, processes, and operational frameworks from scratch.

● Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.

● Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.

● Comfortable working in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.

● Willingness to travel frequently across store locations.

Bonus Points If You Have

● Experience in organized retail, lifestyle, fashion, beauty, or D2C brands.

● Exposure to retail ERP systems such as Genesys or similar platforms.

● Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement certifications.

● Experience managing store launches or expansion projects.
