Education Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BSc, B.E or equivalent) with strong exposure to data handling tools. MBA or certifications in Analytics is a plus.

Position Description:

CGI is seeking a detail-oriented MIS Associate to support the Talent Acquisition (TA) function. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with the MIS Lead in managing recruitment data, reporting, and automation initiatives. The Associate will play a key role in ensuring accurate data reporting, generating insights, and supporting automated data handoffs using RPA tools.

This position is ideal for individuals with strong Excel skills, analytical thinking, and an interest in HR analytics and operations.

Responsibilities:

Data Reporting & MIS Management:

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly TA dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

Advanced Excel Usage:

Utilize Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, conditional formatting, etc.) to clean, analyse, and present data effectively.

RPA & Automation Support:

Execute and monitor RPA scripts for data handoffs between systems, ensuring smooth and timely data flow.

Data Analysis & Insights:

Support analysis of recruitment metrics (e.g., TAT, offer conversion, pipeline data) to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and the MIS Lead to gather requirements and deliver accurate reports.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve operational efficiency through automation.

Must-Have Skills:

Advanced Excel Skills:

Strong proficiency in Excel including formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning, and reporting.

Analytical Thinking:

Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and derive meaningful insights.

Attention to Detail:

High level of accuracy in handling and reporting data.

Time Management & Organization:

Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines effectively.

Basic Understanding of Automation/RPA:

Exposure to automation tools or willingness to learn RPA processes.

Communication Skills:

Ability to clearly present data findings and work with cross-functional teams.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Familiarity with HR/Talent Acquisition metrics and reporting

Exposure to tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Sheets

Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HRIS

Basic understanding of macros/VBA or scripting
