About the role

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly customer-focsued, AI-first, and growth-oriented lead developer to join as Enterprise Software Engineer III to lead the design and delivery of key data and AI initiatives for our Corporate Data cloud ecosystem and intelligent automation platforms.

This lead will work with business partners to drive use-cases, ensuring technology solutions are directly aligned to measurable business outcomes. They will champion metric-driven productivity, drive global scalability, and build highly available data solutions. The role will also play a critical role in shaping an AI-first, data-driven organization, leveraging modern architectures and emerging technologies to unlock business value.

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Business Impact

Demonstrate Customer focus by deeply understanding business needs and translating them into scalable, high-impact technology solutions

Drive use-case management discipline, ensuring all initiatives are clearly defined, and tied to business value realization

Partner with business partners and other GTS teams to deliver solutions aligned to strategic outcomes

Technology & AI Leadership

Lead the design and implementation of cloud data platforms/products, analytics, and agentic AI solutions

Champion and help drive an AI-first mindset, identifying opportunities to embed intelligence, automation, and predictive capabilities into the ecosystem

Bring thought leadership in emerging technologies, modern data architectures, and cloud innovation

Execution Excellence & Metrics

Ensure high availability, scalability, security, and performance of data ingestion and cloud data warehouse platfrom

Drive data-driven decision-making, using operational metrics to optimize delivery quality and efficiency

Collaboration & Communication

Be an effective communicator, aligning cross-functional stakeholders across architecture, security, QA, and operations

Analyzing business needs, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas, collaborating with business users to refine and deliver solutions.

Governance & Delivery

Understand and comply with engineering standards, design guidelines, and governance frameworks

Oversee all phases of delivery—from architecture through production support

Ensure consistent adherence to quality, security, and compliance requirements

Required Experience

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience

8+ years of broad IT experience in enterprise data and cloud ecosystems

6+ years of hands-on experience designing and building cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Informatica IDMC or similar)

Proven track record of delivering highly available, scalable, and resilient cloud data solutions

Technical Expertise

Strong experience in:

Cloud data warehousing and data engineering in Snowflake (or other cloud native data platforms)

Experience in using Agentic AI solutions to deliver data solutions

Dimensional modeling, data mesh, and modern data architectures

Solid understanding of latest GenAI solutions to deliver data engineering solutions

SQL and Python development

Data integration, governance, and information management
