Application Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a curious and motivated Application Developer to support the design, development, and enhancement of software solutions. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to build applications, analyze data, and contribute to research-driven insights. This is an opportunity to develop your technical skills while contributing to meaningful projects in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development and enhancement of software applications based on business and project requirements

Apply established research methods and explore new approaches to generate insights across areas such as user behavior and data trends

Assist in building and maintaining dashboards to present data clearly and support decision-making

Contribute to developing and maintaining systems for tracking performance metrics

Apply basic analytical and problem-solving techniques to support solution development

Work with team members to improve data interpretation, research quality, and application performance

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field

Some exposure to software development or programming (through coursework, internships, or projects)

Basic understanding of software engineering and design principles

Willingness to learn and apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Nice to Have

Exposure to application development (e.g. academic or personal projects)

Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts

Basic experience with data visualization tools or techniques

Interest in data analysis, research methods, or user insights
