Job Description
We are seeking a Data and Artificial Intelligence Scientist to design, develop, and deploy scalable data and AI solutions that address real-world business and industry challenges. The successful candidate will work closely with product owners, software engineers, and industry stakeholders to build AI-driven applications, evaluate emerging technologies, and deliver production-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions for business and industry applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, prototyping, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Conduct technical assessments of emerging AI technologies, tools, and research to determine their suitability for practical implementation.
Develop and maintain cloud-native applications and microservices-based solutions.
Build, evaluate, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for production environments.
Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, AI agents, and vector/graph database solutions.
Develop software components following secure software development practices and agile methodologies.
Ensure AI solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements, including scalability, security, transparency, maintainability, and cost efficiency.
Prepare technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within project teams.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and artificial intelligence concepts.
Experience developing and deploying AI applications in production environments.
Proficiency in Python and/or C++ programming.
Experience with data analysis, data visualization, and machine learning libraries.
Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI application development.
Experience developing AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, and working with vector or graph databases.
Knowledge of software engineering principles, APIs, and microservices architecture.
Understanding of cloud platforms and modern software deployment practices.
Experience with 3D geometry, vector mathematics, coordinate systems, and computational geometry will be an advantage.
Familiarity with 3D modelling/CAD tools or related libraries such as Blender, OpenGL, CGAL, or Three.js will be an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
Experience Required
Seniority and remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience.
Candidates with 3 years or more of relevant experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or software engineering are encouraged to apply.
