Italy Incentive & Financial Analytics Internship | starting date: July 2026 | 6 months | Milan

For our Italian office in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a young talented person to join our Finance Team. Through analytical support, cross-functional coordination, and process optimization, this role helps improve the accuracy, efficiency, and business impact of financial operations and decision-making.

We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.

You'll be in charge of:

Supporting the team in performing daily tasks, including financial reporting activities, forecasting calculation analysis and allocation of employees' rewards based on performance

Participating in process improvement initiatives to enhance financial workflows and efficiency

Communicating with relevant departments to ensure alignment on targets and bonus structures

Supporting the manager in the trend analysis, reporting and impact simulations of the actions defined at central level

Collaborating on internal audits and helping to ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations

You are the right person if you:

Have a background Economics, Management Engineering or similar;

Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail

Have a proactive attitude and are able to handle multiple projects at time;

Are proficient with Microsoft Office package, with advanced expertise in Excel (pivot, macro)

Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Besides the challenging and interesting opportunity, we offer:

6 months internship in our Italy Headquarters located in Via Vezza d'Oglio 7.

1000€ as monthly gross reimbursement and daily meal vouchers (8€ ticket restaurants).

Full time experience, Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (light flexibility can be agreed internally with the team you'll be working with!).
