Your role
As a Project Manager – Standard & Custom Machinery you will report to the Engineering Manager.
Mission
To play a central role in coordinating and driving machinery or Turnkey plants projects—both standard and custom—by orchestrating the efforts of various internal stakeholders.
Central role in complex quotations to be explained in front of the customer supporting sales on the technical matters related to complex quotations
This role is about delegating responsibilities, ensuring alignment, and enabling the sales team to lead confidently in front of the customer, supported by the necessary technical and commercial inputs.
Key Responsibilities
Product Awareness & Evolution
Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s Oil Free air technology (screw and centrifugal technology) machinery portfolio, including standard products and out of standard solutions.
Stay updated on product changes, upgrades, and roadmap developments.
Act as a bridge between product Company (included evolution) and project execution, ensuring feasibility and alignment.
Cross-Functional Coordination & Delegation
Coordinate internal stakeholders, assigning clear responsibilities:
Sales & Credit: Know credit policies leaving to sales the
Project specifics to be understood and decided
Sales & Engineering: Engage engineering for out-of-standard opportunities cooperating with this dept to prepare a consistent and correctly sized solution.
Sales & Aftermarket: Enable aftermarket support planning and integration.
Facilitate collaboration
Promote a culture of ownership and accountability across departments.
Customer-Facing Enablement
Empower the sales team to lead discussions with customers, backed by coordinated technical and commercial support.
Prepare and structure meetings so that each stakeholder can contribute effectively.
Ensure that all customer-facing matters—technical specs, commercial terms, delivery timelines—are addressed by the appropriate internal expert.
Project Oversight
Monitor project progress till the order finalized
Ensure timely escalation and resolution of issues through responsible stakeholders.
Maintain visibility across multiple projects without micromanaging.
Communication & Reporting
Provide structured updates to management and stakeholders.
Ensure documentation is maintained and shared appropriately.
Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and improve future coordination.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent knowledge built on the field.
3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in machinery, or greenfield-brownfield industrial equipment setup.
Strong understanding of cross-functional processes and stakeholder management.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and delegation skills.
Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity with a structured approach.
Familiarity with CRM and project tracking tools or availability to learn.

Permanent contract
Job classification and collective labor agreement (CCNL): White collar, from Level 2 under the Tertiary, Distribution and Services Collective Bargaining Agreement
Starting salary within the relevant salary range: from EUR 43.000 gross per year
