The Atradius Global Business Unit is responsible for growing and servicing a portfolio of large multinational accounts. With teams in 35 countries we provide a unique service concept, combining one central negotiation contact with unparalleled local service to each of the customer’s local subsidiaries. We pride ourselves in our business mindset and strong focus on customer satisfaction, and on being able to stablishing long standing relationships not only externally, but also as a central unit that involves dealing with all the different key stakeholders in the company:
The Spanish Global team, based in Madrid, is one of the most experienced Global teams in the world and with a high growth potential, looking after a number of Spanish multinationals, as well as some of the largest Global accounts based elsewhere.
Job Description
As Account Manager you will be responsible, as part of our account team, for a portfolio of large variety of strategic Global clients, both at service and ownership level. It will be your job to develop an excellent commercial relationship with these clients and their brokers. You will be an important contact for their day to day servicing needs.
In this position your key responsibilities will be:
Joining regular meetings and calls with our clients and brokers
Communicating with colleagues around the world, in- and outside of Global, about all aspects of our service
Working within the team to look for opportunities to further grow the portfolio, as well as optimize both the customer relationship, the profitability of the accounts and the efficiency of our service model
Providing excellent service regarding the clients’ needs regarding all aspects of our product (credit limits, collection cases, claims and policy queries). You will be their first contact for all questions they may have
Providing administrative support within the team, related to policy updates, renewals and reporting
As we are working in close cooperation with our Global New Business team, you will also be involved in new sales opportunities
What qualification should you have? The ideal candidate will have the following profile:
Required qualifications:
University, HBO or equivalent degree
Able to develop and execute a client strategy
Hands-on, strong drive, self starter, team player, energetic, quick and result focused
Independent, strong and confident personality
Excellent command, both written and verbal, of the English and Spanish language
