Your role

As a Manager Consumer Insights, you will synthesize insights from diverse data sources to build a deep, actionable understanding of consumer and customer behavior, preferences, and market opportunities. Your work will play a critical role in informing strategic decisions across marketing, product development, and business planning.

Key responsibilities

Data Collection & Analysis

Gather, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative consumer data

Conduct primary research (surveys, focus groups, interviews)

Leverage secondary sources (CRM, syndicated data, social listening)

Monitor shopping trends, purchasing behaviors, and price sensitivity

Consumer & Market Insights

Identify key insights driving engagement and purchase decisions

Segment consumers using advanced analytics and behavioral data

Profile segments to assess lifetime value and growth potential

Performance Measurement

Evaluate effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives

Track KPIs and ROI to support continuous optimization

Competitive & Trend Analysis

Monitor market dynamics, competitors, and emerging trends

Conduct SWOT analyses and benchmarking to support strategy

Communication & Reporting

Translate complex data into clear, compelling insights

Develop reports, dashboards, and actionable recommendations

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

Partner with marketing, product, sales, and external research vendors

Ensure alignment between insights and business objectives

Innovation & Tools

Stay updated on research methodologies and technologies

Recommend and implement new tools to enhance research effectiveness

What we’re looking for

Experience & Skills

Strong experience in market research, consumer insights, or analytics

Advanced analytical mindset with ability to work with complex datasets

Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods

Strong storytelling and data visualization skills

Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration

Leadership & Impact

Ability to guide junior colleagues and share expertise

Experience managing projects and aligning with business goals

Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
