You will oversee event logistics, manage on-the-ground operations, and ensure flawless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee event execution, ensuring smooth setups, transitions, and breakdowns.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to fulfill event requirements.
Manage on-site logistics, including staffing, equipment, and room arrangements.
Ensure service standards are met, delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Resolve operational challenges quickly and efficiently.
Requirements:
Proven experience in event operations, preferably in hospitality.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and liaise with clients.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak event periods.
