Supply Planning Analyst

We Are Hiring: Supply Planning Analyst

Contract Duration - 12 months/w2

We are looking for an experienced Supply Planning Analyst to support inventory planning, material forecasting, procurement coordination, and supply chain optimization within a large-scale utility environment.

Key Requirements

✔ 5+ years of Supply Chain, Materials Planning, Inventory Planning, or related experience

✔ Hands-on experience with SAP MRP (Material Requirements Planning) or other MRP systems

✔ Strong expertise in inventory management, forecasting, and demand planning

✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including:

VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP

Pivot Tables

Conditional Formatting

Formulas & Data Analysis

Excel Shortcut Keys

✔ Strong analytical, organizational, decision-making, and communication skills

✔ Ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Project teams

Preferred Qualifications

✔ APICS CPIM Certification

✔ Experience with SAP APO, Oracle Demand Planning, or similar planning tools

✔ Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies

✔ Master's Degree in a related field

What You'll Do

Manage supply planning activities across multiple material categories

Review purchase requisitions and coordinate stock transfers

Support inventory optimization and forecasting initiatives

Analyze supply risks and material shortages

Maintain SAP planning parameters and inventory targets

Present findings and recommendations to leadership

Drive continuous improvement initiatives
