POSITION SUMMARY

Cross-Functional Responsibilities

The Rooms - Agent will be assigned duties in both the Front Desk and Club Lounge to:

Build cross-functional expertise operational knowledge

Foster a guest-centric mindset by delivering flexible, high-quality service across all touchpoints

Assignments will be communicated in advance, specifying whether the focus will be on the Front Desk or Club Lounge, to ensure smooth scheduling and preparation.

Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

・事故、負傷、危険な作業環境を発見した場合は、速やかに上司へ報告すること

・会社の規程および手続きを遵守すること

・制服および身だしなみを常に清潔かつプロフェッショナルな状態に保つこと

・機密情報を適切に管理し、会社の資産を保護すること

・会社の基準に従い、すべてのお客様を歓迎し、適切に対応すること

・お客様のニーズを先読みし、期待を超えるサービスを提供すること

・障がいをお持ちのお客様へのサポートを行うこと

・感謝の気持ちを込めてお客様をお見送りすること

・明確かつ丁寧な言葉遣いでコミュニケーションを行うこと

・電話応対時には適切なマナーを遵守すること

・同僚との良好な協力関係を構築・維持すること

・品質保証基準およびサービス基準を遵守すること

・長時間の立ち仕事、座り仕事、歩行を伴う業務に従事すること

・補助なしで10ポンド(約4.5kg)以下の物品を持ち上げる、運ぶ、押す、引く、配置すること

・上司から指示されたその他合理的な業務を遂行すること
