What do you get to do in this position?
Be a part of the financial transformation initiatives and provide valuable insights to the organization. The intention is to bring a strong candidate to take over NAM Reporting. Part of the main responsibilities will be to lead the financial transition, provide standardized and simplified reporting, consolidation, and project analysis for the North America region. The ideal candidate will have strong project accounting, business partnering and liaisons with the organization & will collaborate on financial transformation projects for the region on an as needed basis as we build the FP&A organization of the future.
Responsibilities:
Standardize reporting to improve communication efficiency with other stakeholders.
Lead financial transformation for NAM business
Enhance efficiency & effectiveness through standardization and simplification of process & tools across the region.
Create project dashboards and provide business performance commentary.
Collaborate and build relationships with North America team.
Ah-doc financial reports.
Drive financial transformation projects for the organization.
Lead the project accounting month end close and forecast reporting activities.
