About the role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for executing end-to-end recruiting activities to attract, assess, and hire top talent aligned with business needs. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to ensure efficient, high-quality recruitment processes while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
This position plays a key role in driving hiring strategies, supporting employer branding initiatives, and contributing to continuous improvement in Talent Acquisition practices across the organization.
This role is 100% on-site.
Key Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be responsible for:
Managing full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
Partnering with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define effective hiring strategies
Ensuring timely fulfillment of open positions aligned with business priorities
Utilizing ATS tools (Workday preferred) to manage pipelines and track candidate progress
Proactively sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
Coordinating interviews and ensuring a seamless candidate experience
Supporting employer branding activities such as job fairs and campus initiatives
Providing regular updates and market insights to stakeholders
Ensuring compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within Talent Acquisition
Requirements
We are looking for people who are organized, proactive, and results-driven, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
As a minimum you must have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment
Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes
Fluent English proficiency (written and verbal)
Experience using ATS platforms (Workday preferred)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:
Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment
Experience supporting employer branding initiatives
Strong analytical mindset to interpret market trends
